Step 1 : Get Application Form
You can get applications either online via our website or offline by visiting our office.
Essential information required contains your personal information, emergency contact, agent (if applicable), desired course(s), desired intake date.
Other common documents include academic certificates, English. Contact us for more details.

Step 2 : Submit Application Form
You can submit your application by visiting our office (Melbourne or Hobart) or send it to our email at marketing@vocationalinstitute.com.au
Step 3 : Process Application & Issue Offer Letter
We will process your application shortly if you satisfy the enrolment requirements for the course(s).
Then, we will send the letter of offer (with or without conditions) to you (or your agent) for more details in the following steps.
Step 4 : Make Payment
Payment is a required step for proceeding with your CoE. There are the following ways you can make a payment:
– Bank transfer
– Pay at the office
– Pay via phone
Step 5 : Issue CoE
It is the final step of your application. You will get essential information for your course enrolled.
